1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the **Bill Splitter** mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Scope of Service
The App provides a calculator tool to split bills, calculate tips, and tax rates locally. All services are provided "as-is". The calculations and output figures generated by the App are for information purposes only.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the App and verifying the final totals and split shares before completing any financial transactions or payouts with others.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, graphics, and branding assets of the App are owned by the developers and are protected under copyright laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, including calculations errors, device errors, or loss of local data history.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate support, updates, or availability of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
